Fitness & Sports Apps srl ("us", "we", or "our") provides and operates the Swimmetry, Swimmetry Canada and Swimmetry Australia mobile applications (together, the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the App.

Information Collection And Use
Swimmetry may collect user information for the purpose of providing personalized features, and for communicating with our users. This includes:
- Account information: the e-mail address and credentials you use to create and sign in to your Swimmetry account.
- App content: the swimmers you follow, your favorites, goals and custom standards, so that we can show you your personalized views and notify you about results.
- Subscription status: whether you have an active subscription, so that we can unlock the features you paid for.
- Usage data: information about how the App is used, collected through analytics services.
Swim results, times and rankings shown in the App come from publicly available meet results.
We do not sell your Personal Information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third party services
We may use third party services that process data on our behalf in order to run and improve the App:
- Google Analytics for Firebase, which collects, monitors and analyzes App usage data for the purpose of improving the App.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging, to deliver push notifications you have allowed.
- Apple App Store and Google Play, which process all payments. We never receive your payment card details. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat, which receives purchase receipts to confirm your subscription status.
- Hosting and AI providers used to run our servers and to generate SwimIQ insights from swim results.
We may also refer to third party services, such as via links to external websites, that may utilize a user's social account information. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the App's menu ("Delete My Account"), or by writing to [email protected]. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel an active subscription: subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID or Google account settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your Personal Information, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children
The App is intended for swimmers, parents and coaches. If you are under the age required to consent to data processing in your country, please use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Amendments to this Policy
Fitness & Sports Apps srl reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Policy at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
